Portable Specialty Application Winch utilizes high test anchor
chain to affix it to practically any stable object, like a vehicle frame,
tree trunk, boulder or pole. This winch features a free-spooling clutch,
50' of 3/16" diameter wire rope and a rugged carrying case.
