The services that Truck and Transportation Equipment Co., Inc. provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"). Truck and Transportation Equipment Co., Inc. reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to you. In addition to the warranty and representation set forth above, by Posting a Submission that contain images, photographs, pictures or that are otherwise graphical in whole or in part ("Images"), you warrant and represent that (a) you are the copyright owner of such Images, or that the copyright owner of such Images has granted you permission to use such Images or any content and/or images contained in such Images consistent with the manner and purpose of your use and as otherwise permitted by these Terms of Use and the Services, (b) you have the rights necessary to grant the licenses and sublicenses described in these Terms of Use, and (c) that each person depicted in such Images, if any, has provided consent to the use of the Images as set forth in these Terms of Use, including, by way of example, and not as a limitation, the distribution, public display and reproduction of such Images. By Posting Images, you are granting (a) to all members of your private community (for each such Images available to members of such private community), and/or (b) to the general public (for each such Images available anywhere on the Services, other than a private community), permission to use your Images in connection with the use, as permitted by these Terms of Use, of any of the Services, (including, by way of example, and not as a limitation, making prints and gift items which include such Images), and including, without limitation, a non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free license to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Images without having your name attached to such Images, and the right to sublicense such rights to any supplier of the Services. No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Images.

Returning Online Purchases

 

Products at Truck and Transportation Equipment Co., Inc. are new in the box and are fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. Your full manufacturer warranty is included with each product. Warranties from the manufacturer usually cover a product for repair or replacement for up to one year and many products are covered for much longer periods.

Truck and Transportation Equipment Co., Inc. offers a no hassle return policy to maintain your satisfaction with every purchase.

• Exchanges: Defective products or part will be exchanged at no cost to the customer within 30 days of shipment. After 30 days, customer must contact the manufacturer for direct repair or replacement. Customers wishing to return and not exchange a defective item will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Defective products can be replaced with other items of equal or greater value with no additional fees.
• Returns: Returning an item unopened no problem. There is no restocking fee for unopened packages returned to Truck and Transportation Equipment Co., Inc. for store credit or exchange for another product of equal or greater value within 30 days of shipment. If you prefer a refund to your payment account there is a 15% restocking fee. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by our warehouse, and not the mere issuance of an RMA. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
  
• Opened, non-defective package/products there is a 15% fee to receive Truck and Transportation Equipment Co., Inc. store credit. If you prefer a refund to your payment account there is a 15% restocking fee.Please email us at returns@TruckandTransportation.com to receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization number) and return instructions. Include your order ID number, item(s) you would like to return and reason for return. Once the return is approved we will email you the RMA# and address for returning your item(s). “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by our warehouse, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, and the blank warranty cards. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within a new shipping carton. Please note that the warranty card must not be filled out. If any products are defective, you will need to contact the manufacturer after 30 days from the shipment date. Any blister packed items or products that come in hard plastic wrap can only be returned if unopened and in original condition. Once we receive your return in the proper condition, we will then provide store credit or refund to your payment account usually within 5-10 days. Returns cannot be accepted without an RMA number. Shipping, handling fees, any electrical items (ie: Solenoids, Electrical Control Relays, Switch Panels, Back-up Alarms, Lights, etc.) discontinued products and special order items if applicable, are not refundable. Any remanufactured or refurbished sales are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and must be sent back to the manufacturer for any repair and/or replacement. We cannot accept any returns for any issues with remanufactured or refurbished units.

While we attempt to stock most items on our website, it is not possible to stock all items.  Actual pricing is subject to pricing and availability at the time of order.

Shipping rates are determined at the time of shipment and are based on actual weight, dimensions and shipping preferences and services..
